Special Needs Support
AUTISM SUPPORT
Raising a child / adult with special needs requires external support and understanding, which many parents do not receive. I understand, because I’ve been there — and I’m here to offer you the support you need.
Specializing in Autism support, Gray Matters offers therapeutic support for both parents and family members of a special needs loved one. From the isolation and confusion this life can bring, to the joys and excitement, I help my clients navigate it all with confidence. Increasing your self-care practice and inviting the understanding and support of your community makes all the difference in your outlook. My goal is to strengthen and grow your plan for a positive future, regardless of disability or illness.
ADVOCACY SERVICES
Whether you need education or resources to support your loved one with special needs, it would be my pleasure to hear your story and explore potential solutions. For close to 20 years, I have defended my son’s needs, and I can expose you to a wealth of information I have gathered from working with my own advocate and attorney. As a result, I can help you determine what your rights are from both your school your county regional center and governmental services.
Ultimately, you are the best choice to fight for what your child needs. Whether you need to address your child’s progress at school or qualify for in-home supportive services, an advocate can help you know where to turn to ensure success. I am here to be that advocate.
If you are struggling to receive the maximum benefit allowed by law, get in touch. I am here to help you move forward with confidence.
